What do these ratings mean?

i gave this game three stars because i like the soundtrack better than the game-i like twisted metal games but i think the graphics could be better and the controls be muchly improved. i can pop in twisted metal three and have a blast because i'm having fun. what happened between the years of twisted metal three and four? is everyone at the front office dead or something? this is the first game i've ever had to give a bad grade. yuck!
