What do these ratings mean?

I found that this game was extremely hard to play.  This was caused do to the motion sensing in the game being way to sensitive.  If you did not have to keep the controller perfectly still to play it then it might be cool.  The other controls in the game are very good (the way they use the motion sensing is nice).
