What do these ratings mean?

I love this game!! Me and my boifriend Chadd play this all the time in our S&M studio/apartment. It pretty much rocks my world, just like Chadd! ; ). Why don't you all stop by? My ******* is gaping for some black meat. Lather me in oils and take me for a wet ride!!!! Oh good gracious sorry - back to the game! DK's abs are rippling and hot and waluigi is the mincing boy-hungry pedofile we all dream about. Mario is the all around cutie-pie and Luigi is a close second. Boy do I love siblings! Boy do I love boys!!!!!!!
