What do these ratings mean?

Wow, the old days of my youth. I remember being seven and going to this arcade at the hotel we were at. Thats when i layed eyes on the Neo Geo. It had two games on it. And my brother and I put our quarters in and clicked the metal slug button. Ever since that day, I had played Metal Slug wherever I went. When I finnaly got it on the WII my eyes lit up with glee. ALL 7 METAL SLUG GAMES. I felt like I was seven again. My friends and I played through all of them. When you beat a game, you find you spent about $40 worth of quarters, getting your money's worth. All the games look, play, and sound just like they used to. The bonus features are quite lame, but I didn't really care. The Wii romote dosent really affect how the controler works, its all good. This is a must have for fans of Metal Slug or people how love side scroller arcade games.
