What do these ratings mean?

I feel like the MORTAL KOMBAT games have always been some of the best! They may not be that hard until you play people like me. I mean until you play on Extra Hard. These games aren't what make people go around and stab people with spears that come out of there hands. Its just the type of person they are. This I believe will be better then the previous games, but you can never replace the memories of setting in your bedroom playing MORTAL KOMBAT III for the sega! So anyways this will make a great contribution to all of the MK games & hopefully they will continue to be made.(Some with a good story line would be nice).
