What do these ratings mean?

the game sonic and the secret rings for the nintendo wii. is not 2 good i really don' t want to be so down on this game but the first time you play a level the complete level it's fun but when u play different missions on the same level it's just part of the original 1st level and it get's old after a while the same track over and over again for about 5-7 times gets repeditive then you play a new level level for ex. desert levels to forest level but the game still is fast pace and at points its crazy  a game like this has alot of potental but the  doing parts of the same level over continuously get's boring.  i give it a  d+ and it's a rental.
