What do these ratings mean?

So I got the game early, before it came out, and didn't know what to expect after playing an awesome game such as Guitar Hero III for a couple of weeks. I popped the Super Mario Galaxy disc in to my Wii and didn't know what to expect, it was long awaited, since before last Christmas even. I think the game could've been better. Graphics: GRAPHICS are wonderful, especially for the Wii. It probably has the best if not one of the best graphics in a Wii game by far. Seeing Mario in space flying around couldn't have been more beautiful, the graphics while flying are extraordinary. The graphics are good all-around, in every part of the game. Story: Good storyline, but the same, which I have no complaints against, but it could have been different. The whole Peach getting captured by Bowser stick is getting kinda old, but if it wasn't there, I'd probably be complaining to, but a solid storline. To catch and find Peach you have to collect Grand Stars, which are accesible when you complete a Bowser galaxy, or sometimes fleet, in each cluster of galaxies. Multiplayer: This is where I have trouble now. The multiplayer is crappy, the only thing you can do is point to collect star bits, which are useful in the game that look like a mix between candy and a star. At least they could've had that AND a battle mode/type of collect the star first mode OR cooperative play mode. Useful, but not fun OR needed. The game was long awaited and great, but a few areas, such as multiplayer and a little bit of the story could've made this a fantastic game, even though it's already a great game. not a half bad review. very detailed. i get why you didn't like the multiplayer. the grade for it was understandable. i think the only thing that could have been better is if you went into a little moire detail but you still did a hell of a job... so good one

I don't think you should think lower of this master piece game because at first it was made to be a one player game. Nintendo just put in Co-op to make the non gamers happy to point and play along too. Heck I love this game in many ways and I'm thinking about writing my own review. I understand your point of view man but this game has redefined how a plattformer should be played so I disagree and say it gets at least a A.

Average review. I'd say you should do more to organize your thoughts before you actually submit your review and I think you should probably have someone read over the review before you post it just to catch some typos and awkward phrasing. Still, I think you made several good points and would love to see more of your stuff!
