What do these ratings mean?

i think this game was super great. i love it i own it. in melee the game was kind of down graded from the nintendo according to to how fun it is. but in brawl they brought smash bro back to life with the wii, just because i still have a nin64 and use to play smash bros non stop still before i got a wii is the reason why i grade smash bros brawl an a+ because im a hardcore super smash bro fan.
