What do these ratings mean?

This game had me on my toes when i bought it but then i got less exicted when i played it it was very blah if i use my terminolgy correctly there wasnt any good graphics or game engine it was just blah. But anyways the only fun part about it was that you got to operate on people which was pretty cool and you get to use the wii so there you go not much of a review but what are you gonna do not a horrible game but definietly not a good one.
