What do these ratings mean?

I purchased this game mostly because it included a free Wii Remote and an actual game. I have to say, the mini-games that are included are not that entertaining. Personally, the only game I like is the Billiards game. Most of the other mini-games included are free-time wasters. For some they may be nice party games, however I don't think that it is at all worth the price with or without the remote.
