What do these ratings mean?

Aboslutley hate it.  I was very disapointed in this game.  EASY TAKEDOWNS, EASY GAMEPLAY, TONS OF GLITCHES THAT PISSES YOU OFF, and last THE RANKING SYSTEM IT THE ABSOLUTE WORST OF ALL.  Burnout 3 is much better and requires more skill.
