What do these ratings mean?

This is totally scary and awsome!!! I admet i get scary once with this game (a Zombie pop up like that and my heart get start to pump faster) . Is hard but it ok . it you want to proove youre a fool and a tough guy . try to beat some zombies with the flash light .lol
