M What do these ratings mean?

The Godfather movies have had a long lived reputation of being bad ass.  The game on the other hand is slowly putting the name to shame.  The voice acting and cinematics are great, but the main thing missing is gameplay.  The controls are pretty good overall with an innovative fighting system and an amazing  selection of execution styles.  The soundtracks are true to the movies keeping a good mood and vibe going on throughout the entire game.  The graphics were really tightly focused on the characters and not so much the backgrounds.  Every building tended to be just like the last one visited.  Car selection was very limited as well and there seemed to be very little damaging affects until the car was actually blown up.  Missions were standard to those of Grand Theft Auto, pretty much drive somewhere, kill someone and go back to the safe house.  The cinematics were pretty much the defining moments of this game.  It was good overall for a weekend play but not much after that.
