What do these ratings mean?

I have died and gone to virtual heaven the video game gods have sent us the sequel to the hit Bungie game this game is a thread away from perfect. While the multiplayer has improved the campagn just doesnt live up to the original it just leaves you hangin and waiting for Halo three. The online is awesome you could fill the void of the campaign with hours of seemingly endless entertainment with all of the new and upgraded weapons and the energy sword oh the energy sword I practically had a nerdgasm. A super game one of the best first person shooters out there.
