What do these ratings mean?

Hello every one. I would just like to say that I really love halo 2. The story line was super beast, the multiplayer was amazing (even though I am poor and don't have live). I simply loved this game, I got it when it was 1 year old, not knowing what I was getting into. But i really liked it and need to get an XBox360 so that I can get Gears and Halo 3.
