What do these ratings mean?

While the multiplayer of this game was at least half decent, this game just didn't live up to it's predecessor, the fact of the matter is that Halo, may seem amazing to the casual gamers, but for anyone that knows much about games,  it's just a average FPS with a makeover.  This game is far from original, and didn't offer much fun.  I award this game a C-  Hopefully, Microsoft will leave the games to Sony and Nintendo.
