It cant get anymore real.

Halo Combat Evolved is what video games are all about. First of all the fighting, the game is a first person shooter so most gamers wouldnt have much trouble learnin the movements, and it is kept simple with only the two weopon capacity and the basic trigger to fire, but the fighting also gets more intesne when your standing off...in this game ducking and actually using your enviroment will save your life! The weapon set is pretty small but very cool, my favourite weapon would have to be the classic i just mowed you down with a machine gun...thats right, the assault rifle is badass in this game. And another thing on fighting is that somtimes youll melee someone more than you shoot them..and beating people to death has always been fun right?...........heh heh

But aside from the addictively fun fighting system is the campaign...the story mode on this game is awesome...there are sooo many secrets that every other level answers and the more you find out about what the story is about, the more dedicated youll be on finishing it.....not very many games have that affect on you...but they actually make you hate your enimies...say your in the middle of a long level and you havent hit a checkpoint...then some grunt throws a random grenade and blows you way back to where you started.....youll come back with vengence and a more watchfull eye.

The multiplayer in the game is also pretty fun...unlike halo 2 though you have to pic up...health packs...and yes they are very annoying to have to find in the middle of combat, but it gives a more realistic (im shot and hurt so i need health or im toasted feeling). This game is even more fun with a lot of players...its like the classic battles...one of your boys hops in the tank while three fly by on a warthog and another in a ghost...it gives meaning to the term full assault and its fun!

So definately anyone who is into some serious combat buy this game! A+!
