I understand that there are a lot of Halo fans who don't like Halo 2, I guess I can understand why, but I still think Halo 2 is one of the best games ever made.

Halo 2 was the reason why I got an Xbox, I expected a lot from this game and wasn't dissapointed, except for the way the game ended. I haven't played the game online because I don't have Xbox live, but if I did then I would be playing it non stop, finding it more addictive than what most people think of World Of Warcraft. I really liked Halo 1, it was extremely fun with a great story, but Halo 2 is obviously a better game. I didn't even know the Xbox could support graphics like this, if they wanted to get this game on 360 then they're already more than half way there.

The gameplay is awsome with great weapons and fun enemies to kill. The story gets a bit confusing, I was expecting it to be that earth was under attack for the whole game and you just spent the whole time defending the planet in fun creative levels. That did actually happen, but only for the first three levels, after that they get into this whole story of a covanent leader guy not doing what his objective was on Halo so he was considered a heratic so you have to use him in weird unrelated levels. The way it ended was a tease, not as much as Pirates Of The Carribean 2 but it really would have been better if it kept going.

There's also one other thing they added into the story, which was the fact that there are 7 more halos! That part I didn't like since you only get to go on one of them, and you don't even end up destroying it. However, like I said, the game is REALLY fun, but not long enough, 16 levels might seem like a lot, but not when they are as short as they are. Although I like how they did that better than the in Halo 1 where there were 10 long levels that i found really repetitive.

The system link is really fun, but i think i overdid it because my brother wanted to play it over and over and over and over again and I just got so bored of it. Still this game is one of the best games ever, not as good as fable but still a damn good game.

A bit short, but a good review nonetheless.
