What do these ratings mean?

MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!who cant love this game.Almost or every character from the mortal kombat series is in this game. I only wish they didnt mess with the fatality system. Now i cant figure out how to do sub-zeros or scorpions,or jonny cage or ANYONE!!!!!This game could be a bit harder. And whats with the "Motor kombat"? Y didnt they stick with chess or stuff like that?
