The thing I like about KOTOR the most is that it simply sucks you in. This game is so beautifully designed that you feel as if you are the main character. This is one of the very few games where I have felt a wide variety of emotions while playing: anger, love, fear, sadness. This is due in no small part to the epic, galaxy-spanning story (in my opinion, the area where KOTOR succeeds and KOTOR II fails). I won't give away the legendary plot twist, in case you haven't played this game yet, but suffice it to say that I, along with many other gamers, was shocked. Along with the story comes excellent Star Wars sound and music, smooth semi-turn-based gameplay, and sufficient graphics. But this game really isn't about that. It's about the experience.
