What do these ratings mean?

Hello, Cure here again, telling games how much they suck.  Anycrap, TONY HAWK....needs to stop making games now.  I think this is their last game, judging by the crap level in this game (which is 100%), but if its not please let it be. This game went its route, tony hawk was cool when it came out  but honestly, this is enough. STOP.
