What do these ratings mean?

I thought Army of Two was a pretty sweet game. The Aggro system is great. It makes it where the more you are shooting and the bigger gun you have, the more attention you attract from enemies. The storyline was ok. Nothing too special. Basically you are killing a bunch of terrorists. The weapons are pretty sweet. You can add a bunch of stuff (barrels, cartridges, stocks, suppresors, etc.) to your weapon which improves certain statistics. The enemies are too weak i thought. It takes about 25 shots before you even need healing. Also, they like to run around like chickens with their heads cut off anytime you get close to them. All in all, a pretty sweet game.
