What do these ratings mean?

I agree with the game revolution review, but I have to add the fact that whenever you complete a side objetive like saving a citizen those little Animus square things come up and a little tune is played. I found it very annoying after a while of playing. Also the easily spotted glowing person for an objective made the game easy and strange.
