What do these ratings mean?

This game is the biggest load of BULL SPIT ive ever seen, the levels are all the same the textures are bland and the story is gay, the main character is a bigger ******* then the guy in prey. Ubisoft sucks and they always will suck, only good games have been the tom clancy stuff.
