What do these ratings mean?

This was a preety cool game right from the start, I wasn't sure what to excpect but found out very fast that it was a creepy dark game. I enjoyed it and found it rather original in story and game play. Graphics were great, and the game play flowed nice, this is a buyer and not a renter for it tends to be a long play.
