What do these ratings mean?

I had heard that bullet witch was a very bad game from a lot of people. So, I rented it and I have to disagree, It is not an award winner but it is a good game and fun to play. Game play is like vice city meets resident evil. Levels are big but entertaining, the magic spells are awesome, and you have a varity of weapons. Overall if you like third person shooters with a twist, I would definitly recommend Bullet Witch.
