What do these ratings mean?

Burnout Revenge... let's see. I got it used a few weeks ago, and i'm just gonna tell you it wasn't worth the twenty bucks. The graphics are pretty good, the controls are easy, and the story is simple. You start out in a little city racing around and not really doing much. Now for the bad. The modes are repetitive, the tracks are few, and the rating system blows. It's taken me a week of trying and I haven't gotten 'perfect' on all the races on the first rank yet. The CPU is stupid, there's no storyline to make the game even remotely interesting, you have no character, the cars are fake and all the same, the only way to rank up is to win races, basically, and nobody goes on Live. Save yourself a twenty, please, and don't ever buy this game.
