What do these ratings mean?

I usually don't like the games that are scripted like Medal of Honor and such.
Sometimes you can just tell that when you step past a certain coordinate that guy is going to pop up from the crate, sometimes you could shoot off a cannon and that guy is not going to pop up untill you pass over that invisible line. That takes away from the realism that the script is trying to create.
But this game just draws you in.
The AI for your men and the Enemy is to notch.
The Smoke Grenades are awesome looking. Whoa, did I just run face first into a wall, thank god there's no force feedback on that, my nose is already big enough.
The Visuals are Top Notch, especially in HighDefinition.
Sniped you... You didn't need that helmet... Wow look at how real the mud looks... Oops now I've been sniped.
I love that if you head shot a little too high you'll just knock the guys helmet off, and that's followed with a realistic reaction. Cool.
The Sound is Killer. Especially on a nice surround sound system.
Oh you did not just zing that bullet by my head!

The Controls are Easy to get used to and Work just Right.
Yes, I like console controls for First person shooters, in fact I prefer them to Keyboard and mouse.
I'll strafe all around you foo while I knock your helmet off, just to let you know I'm in your hood and about to drop ya like a cell phone in the sticks.

You'll be in a firefight and you just feel your part of a war, obviously without the real risk of dying, but it just feels like your not the only one fighting. Your AI Teammates aren't worthless like some games.
I love this Game.
This has to be the Best World War 2 Shooter Yet.
This is the Must have Launch Title for the XBOX360.
See ya In the Trenches.
