What do these ratings mean?

This was an excellent world war 2 game, it is much better then those garbage metal of honor games, this was the seacond call of duty game i played( i played number 3 first) and i have to say it was very good, i would say 3 was a little better. the brittish campaign in africa sucked in this game , that is my only complaint. The russian campaign was good and the american one was pretty good like always.
