What do these ratings mean?

COD 3, I think is a great game. With the authentic weaponary and mind blowing graphics this game is high on my excellent list. this game so far has blown the rest of the WW2 games out of the water. I cant wait for COD 4 arives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    yeah its a good game but COD4 isn't WW2, it pisses me off. i guess they dont want it to be the same game just better graphics and different levels, like all of the Tony hawk games.
