What do these ratings mean?

A fantastic game, the best FPS I've ever played, but I'm really disapointed at just how short the game is in single campain mode. It's just my luck to be able to get my hands on what I think is the best FPS of all time to have it be spoiled by the shortness of the game. I hope I'm not the only COD4 fan that feels this way and I hope Activision get to see these reveiws and make COD5 (If they decide to make it) longer than COD4!!!
