It is a truely genuis step for survival horror games. WHile many horror games I have played (Doom3,Resident Evil4,Undiying) have a similar feel that you are helpless, you always seem to make it out in the end with your trusty pistol by your side. Condemned takes your pistol away and places you into grim environments that reminded me of the movie Seven. The environments are nearly pitched black and are full of insane zombie-hobbos waiting to destroy you with a 2x4. You have the option of picking up many weapons from the ground. My favorite being paper cutters. The story of the game is the first i have ever seen like in a game. The graphics are good and the blood is always flying. This is a must have for those waiting for the next great survival horror game, Resident Evil 5.
