What do these ratings mean?

I haven't played the actual game but the demo was hot.  I think everyone should try it atr least once.  I am a little upset to hear that people are calling this a knock off of GTA, this game takes GTA to a whole new level.  the stat progression is pretty easy in the demo but from what I understand is that in the real game it is a little more difficult to raise your stats.
