What do these ratings mean?

THIS GAME SUX!!! Yeah its fun to kill a bunch of zombies. its not fun to kill 100,000 zombies over and over and over and over and over. thats all you do thats it you just kill zombies. try to save a person here or there but thats it. ohh and one more thing you have to get to a particular spot in the game to save the game. so lets say it takes you 2 hours to save this guys life, 2 hours cause you will die and you will restart often. and then, finaly you barely make it, with little life left. "YES SWEET AWESOME I MADE IT !!!!" now you have to go through hords of zombies with very little life all the way across the mall so i can save the game. it really just pissed me off. this is the point where i turned the game off.

*ahem* There are several save points. There is the one in the security room, and any toilet stall you find can also be used to save your game.
