What do these ratings mean?

Definately a very cool game but I truly wish they had put a zombie likeness of the guy who designed the save aspects of this game so I could smash him thousands of times in the head with the sledge hammer!!!! It's a great game to rent, just so you can satisfy those "I wish I had a zombie to throw a propane tank at"  moments in life but I wouldn't buy the game. I know the first time I got through a difficult spot and died right outside a bathroom save point I would snap the disk into a million pieces and then I'd be out $50!!!
