What do these ratings mean?

This game is horrible! It is so ****ing bad its not even funny, the missions are the most gay thing since survivor the game! the only fun thing was walking around killing random zombie's but even that got gay after a while. i have played some bad games but this is almost as bad as ASS CREED(CRAP)
