What do these ratings mean?

Dead Rising is one of the sickest games right next to resident evil. Although in resident evil you can't use as many weapons as you can in this zombi thrilla! man when I first saw  that game I just had to get it. It has good graphics all the way up to great weapon use to slaughter your way to the top. Dead Rising is the best action thrilla game I've played by far.
