What do these ratings mean?

It has an interesting plot and keeps you from putting down the controller.  The story of the game is what brought me to play.  I didn't play to have fun, but to just figure out what happened.  This game did a great job of writing the story.  One thing they could have done was put a more desent aiming mechanism.
