What do these ratings mean?

Worst gamplay ever. This game is for all the jack ass wiggers that suck at real fighting games. Ill scratch in the air and make the gas tanks explode.....are you kidding me! If you want to play a real fighting game with fantastic graphics and strategy get FNR3. Online is good too and its around 20 bucks. This game sucks!!!!!!!!! So dis on me all you want wiggers...it aint beating my beef...yo.

    FNR 3 for360 is $20? If anything I think it would be around $30.
