What do these ratings mean?

This is the best game i have played for the xbox 360 to date. Great in depth story line awsome graphics and charecter costomisation. The various number of dungens in the game allow hours of fun just exploring one dungen. There are so many side quests to go on and so many ranks to acheive. So many weapons, armor, and houses to buy. Many many potiens to create.
