What the oblivion happened here?
Well personally this game does not looks like a TES game, if you are a casual player who likes
graphics and cool phisics, this game is for you, otherwise this game is a waste of time.
The lvl scaling really destroys the point of lvl up and exploring, because tresures are at your level too ( that means that if you are lvl one youll only find yarn in chests, and if you are lvl 50 youll
fin yarn too but with a nice amulet and maby some gold), remeber in Morrowind ( and dagerfall if you are old enough) where there where unique items in lost dungeons and ruins, well with oblivion no more of those.
Even quest items are leveled to you, that means that its better to finish all quest at higer lvls because youll get better stuff.
And the worst thing about lvl scaling are enemys, you can beat the entire game at lvl one but if you
try to beat it at lvl 40 its almost imposible, daedras should be breeding bears instead of clanfears those are by far harder, no stealthy characters have a chance against the big daedras at kvatch,
Another thing i didnt like about the game are the dungeons, as id said before, theres no reason in
exploring them because youll not find any intresting tresure,
besides why do you want to explore when you can wait 24 hours and enter the same dungeon again,
all enemies will respawn and the tresures (yarn) with them.
Now the good points, the phisics of this game are the best i had ever seen, ill never get tired of playing with a naked dead body ( yes im sick ) and throwing deers from mountains is the funniest thing this game has to offer ( bears look funnier )
The music is also nice, it can get repetitive but the swords and maces sound kind of cool.
Now about the quests, the fighters guild and mages guild are a waste of time and are very
poorly done, you can complete the mages guild quest line without making any spell ever and
having 10 of magika.
In the other side the darck brotherhood and the thieves guild quests are by far too awesome, those
two could have been a small game apart.
In conclusion Oblivion is a good game for the casual gamer, it offers awesome graphics, nice music and some epic quests (Sheograths ), but it wont offer 300 + hours of fun,
and the AI its pretty dump, it gets repetitive too quickly and it is by far too simplified.

| Buddy i completely agree with you. there is nothing more annoying then knowing there is nothing good in a dungeon before you even go inside! |

| I agreee with the majority of this review, but as i am a casual gamer and im not into heavy RPGs i found this game amazing as it was simple to grasp and it ahd a story line that was very entertaining. |
