What do these ratings mean?

So sue me if I don't write a huge review.  I have to agree when I say that it has many similarities to oblivion.  Both in gameplay and graphics.  Some of the skills are very similar.  Overally the story is great; even if it is a bit shorter than the other RPGs I've played.  Side quests play a smaller role but I feel like the game requires more strategy than Oblivion.  You won't be able to rush into any random location and expect to absolutely mop the floor with everyone just because you have a powerful character.  V.A.T.S. is interesting, not sure I am totally sold on the idea but it definitely helps get past some tough areas.  I also would like to see a wider range of weapons, however the repair system requires that you come across many of the same weapon to keep your gear in top shape.

In summary, I gave this game a B+ because:

+great storyline, graphics, gameplay, very fun, lots of gore

-short story, short item selection
