Robin Williams (1951-2014) Robin Williams was an absolutely exceptional comedian, talented actor, and holder of a special place in video game history: He was the first really famous gamer I know of. I’m sure there were others, but they kept a comparatively low profile, unlike one...

What do these ratings mean?

having played this game for roughly 6months give or take, Fifa 07 is great leap in the development and battle it has with other soccer franchises like winning eleven and pro evolution. Although for many years fifa has been the supersub to the other long running competitors, the tide has started to turn, and in a clean and nex-gen direction. Living in Australia, not only is soccer growing to extroadinary feats, especially since our countires world cup splash, and im thankful that fifa has fianlly released a game that heads in the right direction for once.

Anyway tothe point of the review now, lolz, the game provides a next -gen visual feel and look , elements of the game as mentioned in the Gr's review such as the dodgy passing virus etc do exist and can be and anoyance, but as a vid fan of EPL (English premier league) and being so far away from that elite level of soccer, this game certainly provides an added level of realism due to the physics implemented into the game. The soccer ball has been given new life in addition the players themselves look and feel like distant relative of the fright night fellows.

Forget the days of passing the ball and expecting the easy game of getting the easy goal....by just a few taps of "A" and "X". Knowing where ur players are and the use of both control stick and triggers can manipulate the bal in the desired direcxtion thanks the new physics implemented. I would disagree with "Gr' in that it takes forever to score, althought it isn't easy to score, with the correct strategy and skill , with the clishayed term"practice" scoring goals becomes bloody beautiful to watch and do. Because the goalie hasn't got the pre-determined line of sight for every ball thrown in his direction. Plus morale and energy come into play.. which is a whole different bag of fruit.

There are many modes to the game, single players will enjoy long lasting replay value of manger mode, though for my liking the other lesser console additions such as ps2 get the full access to all teams and leagues around the world. But wat it lacks of the many teams it provides such perks for a fan as pics videos and a nice layout to the game which for any soccer fan being able to get that step closer to feeling like ur out there, without buring the calories and sitting in front of ur HD tv wit air con on(well im in Australia mate-air con essential)... then this ur game, finally fifa has listened to its fan and has taken some tips from LOTR BFE 2 and provided us gamers with hope and anticaption for fifa 08 and enjoyment out of 07.
