What do these ratings mean?

I didnt like this game so much.But the graphic are great.U relly get that death is nere felling playing it.So if u love blowing the f*** out of ur friends have fun.Thats what I have to say about full auto.So have fun playing ur f***ing racing games.I dont like racing games OK!
