What do these ratings mean?

This game was relatively good, considering most FPS's out there, It used the Resident Evil 4, over-the-shoulder- view point which we've all come to love and hate. Almost everything in this game was what anybody could have hoped for, maybe even a little more. The game had some flaws in it though.

1) It had the flow of new foes, which sort of takes away from the uniqueness (Imagine if you were trying to run through the town, shooting those gas cans while dodging those screaming things. Why do they suddenly start showing up else where? How tactically sound is that for an invasion with lack a certain element?)

2) As the original Review pointed out. The AI is suicidal, If they are gonna be suicidal, have a horde of them coming at you, It's a waste of time to have guys with guns in small groups running at you.

3) Masculinity over-kill. Enough said.

On the whole. It's a great direction for First Person Shooters. I think most of you would agree that walking through a game, never being able to truely take cover isnt much fun. It's so much fun to sprint and take cover behind a block while unloading a clip into the enemy.

The quick reload function is an interesting thing. Thank god they didnt make it tedious where you have to strike a series of buttons

The one thing, I hated by far the most about this game, and is why I'm saying a B- is because it's too short for some peoples taste, which seems to happen to all the fun FPS's sadly. Like Killzone or Genji. They had good qualities but were too short.

Now that this has come along, All that's next is Halo 3 and GTA: 4
