This game is a one trick pony. Double agent looks just as good, and plays a whole lot better.  Its like a third person shooter for dummies.  If you like shooting things a million times before they die then this is your game. If you like dumbed down controls and over simplified gameplay then get ready you will love this game.

    dood you are such a dumba$$ that game is the best game out there and double adent is not even in the same genre, so dont even compare them... but i do agree its just a shooter,,, BUT better.

    yeah just gotta get used to the controls man, cuz i think there the best! and response to bokid, i love cod 3 too but its WAY dif then GEARS, and i try to compare them in every way but i always come down to that there time and plot are WAY dif, so i dont think that can be figured out. peace out will

    i think 'C' is kinda a low grade for this game. I have yet to play it but it looks awesome!

    don't get me wrong i love the game... i think it is a great game...not the GREATEST game. as with all games...there are faults. i the the core gameplay, find cover pop out and shoot, is great fun. repetitive? a tad. graphics- bar none (so far) multiplayer....is ok. grenades and "*** tagging" are a getting out of hand. all weapons have a one hit kill potential. and its only deathmatch. level design tho is top notch

    this game is good and i agree it didnt deserve the hype it got. The shooting is like resident evil 4 but that game was actually fun for more than two hours. I bought GoW to hold me of till i get a wii and play zelda.

    as much as i would like to verbally abue you to near death.... i think a vague threat will do *ahem* i will shoot you and place a knife on your person pleading self defense. there not a good one but it fits just fine.

    I respect that you dont like this game for some ridiculous reason. Still your reasons are the worst reasons to rate this game a C. Basically your review is a disgrace when people say, WHOA a C for Gears of War and read it. Like everyone here they will say you suck in reviewing.

    This is a sweet game. Double Agent is good but a total different game. Stealth to blasting the crap out of everything in sight. Dont be a retard, now go play animal crossing.

    Hmmm how dipressing that people have to be SO stupid...This game rocks, he knows it too....But in the ongoing quest to seperate ones self from the pack, he felt he HAD to give it a bad review.
