What do these ratings mean?

first and foremost this is now like other gta games this is much more adult which is a very good thing. this is by far the best game that has ever came out and to me what makes it so fantastic is the fact that the rockstar guys just keep improving the taste every time they take one out so i do proclaim them the BAD BOYS OF GAMING with all respect.

    As much as I love GTA a fanboy's review always makes me die a little inside. I'm a huge fan of this game but I will always admit and point out the flaws in the game. All you do is say it's GTA so buy it without giving reason. If you want anyone to actually take your advice you need to actually describe what makes the game good as opposed to saying that it's simply a new GTA.
