Robin Williams (1951-2014) Robin Williams was an absolutely exceptional comedian, talented actor, and holder of a special place in video game history: He was the first really famous gamer I know of. I’m sure there were others, but they kept a comparatively low profile, unlike one...

What do these ratings mean?

The one thing Rockstar got right with this one was releasing if for the 360.  Other than that its the same mother F@&#ing game again.  I was bored within the first hour.  Having player almost every GTA with the exception to the psp and later ps2 titles that followed.  I think Rockstar should take a good look at what they are doing here.  The shock value of GTA III has worn off.  I have to say they are dumping time and money into a frachise that has no future if they dont revamp the game itself.  I feel there crowning achievement was GTA III and since then the (going to use this term loosly) developers have just added more shocking content to the game.  I say S.F.W. I wanted the next gen GTA and got San Andreas  with polished grafics a more four letter words.  The glitches are anoying and at times when running from the poe poe I find myself flying through mid air and crashing into nothing until the grafics catch up and then i relize that there was a building infront of me.  These are the same glitches from the previous games on both the Xbox and PS2.  Next gen guys!!!!!

Ok so they did make some improvments to the game.  The whole cell phone thing was nice.  Store all your contacts, cheats and funtioned as your in game menu.  Oh wait wasn't that done before?  Thats right they ripped that off of Saints Row which was a rip off of GTA to begin with.  The fact that the cheats are there says something for the game.  Yeah is so F!$#ing difficult to play you need to cheat at times.

OK I know what you're probably thinking at this time... "Sounds like this guy hates this game"  Well thats not true I actually liked it.  Yes i couldn't play it when my kids were awake, and yes it was a regertation of the rest of the GTA series and yes i did use the cheats but it was still fun. And thats it.  GTA IV is a fun game to play if you are over 17.  This in no way is a kids game.  The ESRB has nailed the rating on this one.  Parents be warned.

The meat a potatoes here are simple.  Good grafics, good game play, and just fun at times to go out and cause an ass load of trouble then use a cheat to clear your good name.  As a GTA fan its a must have for the collection and as a new comer to the GTA franchise try to pick your jaw up off the ground every now and then.
