What do these ratings mean?

I liked Halo 3 a lot. I am not a big multiplayer fan, so I have only played the campaign. Bungie brought the fun back to the campaign, with better level design and a cool story. The level design is still a little repetative, but it is fun non the less. The biggest change I think was in the AI. The enemies are much smarter and a lot more fun to play against.
