What do these ratings mean?

Best game of 2007 hands down. I like how the graphics have improved, and some of the new gameplay realy expands the level of focus needed to pull yourself away long enough to pay the bills, true the shody AI and the removal of small (yet key) aids allowed in halo one and two are a let down, but with the new vehicles, guns, storyline and armor its still one of the best games i have ever (and probly will ever) see. A+
